SWEET CENTIK

As the name implies Centik Sweet, red spots on the white batter produces a beautiful cake, sweet flavor, tasty and seductive. So you can easily set up, wrap the cake batter while still hot / warm.

MATERIALS:

     * Water for boiling
     * 100 grams of seed pearls
     * 750 ml coconut milk from 1 coconut
     * 125 grams of granulated sugar
     * 1/2 tsp salt
     * 3 pieces of pandan leaves, cut into pieces
     * 120 grams of flour hunkue
     * 1/4 - 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
     * @ Size plastic 15 x 15 cm to wrap
     * Pandan leaf slices for garnish (if desired)

HOW TO MAKE:

    A. Boil water in pot to boil, put seed pearls, cook until fluffy and translucent (about 30 minutes), remove from heat, place in a colander peniris, flush with cold water, drain.
    2. Enter 650 ml coconut milk in a saucepan, add sugar, salt and pandan leaves. Jerang on the fire, stirring. Meanwhile, dissolve flour hunkue with remaining coconut milk (100 ml).
    3. Remove the pandan leaves from the pot. Enter hunkue solution into coconut flour, stir, put powdered vanilla, stirring until smooth and bubbling.
    4. Enter the ripe seed pearls into hunkue puree, stirring until well blended, turn off the flame.
    5. Take a piece of plastic, put a piece of pandan leaves, then put 2 tablespoons of batter on it, fold it and wrap tightly. Repeat until dough runs out. Set aside until the cake to cool and harden.
