MUD CAKE

kue lumpur KUE LUMPURPerhaps because the dough is soft as mud, then this cake called mud pie. Blend of potatoes, eggs and milk yield of tasty and tender cake. Add coconut and raisins enrich its flavor.

MATERIALS:

     * 300 grams of potatoes
     * 5 egg yolks
     * 2 egg whites
     * 250 grams of granulated sugar
     * 400 ml coconut milk from 1 coconut
     * 50 grams of margarine, melted
     * 1/4 tsp vanilla powder
     * 1/2 tsp salt
     * 175 grang flour
     * 1 young coconut, dredger
     * Cooking oil to spread
     * 50 grams of raisins, soaked to bloom, for sprinkling
     * 1/2 young coconuts, rake, for garnish

HOW TO MAKE A MUD CAKE:

    A. Steam the potatoes until cooked, remove and peel the skin while hot. Immediately by using a smoothing mash the potatoes and set aside.
    2. Beat the egg yolks and sugar together using white terlur mixer until fluffy. Enter the coconut milk, melted margarine, vanilla, and salt, mix well using a wire whisk until blended.
    3. Enter the potato and flour gradually while stirring continues until the dough is smooth and slippery, then strain, discarding the pulp. Enter coconut rake, stir well and set aside.
    4. Heat the mud cake pan over medium heat. Brush with a little cooking oil. Pour the batter into the molds until 3/4 full, then close the mold, and cook until half cooked.
    5. Open and close the mold, the top of a cake decorated with young coconut and raisins rake. Continue cooking until cooked (approximately 10 minutes), remove from heat. remove the cake from the mold.
